Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched under 3 to 5 days starting from the reception of the payment (subject to availability of the articles, except weekend and bank holidays), in followed Taxipost. The cost is calculated according to the weight of the order.
To estimate the weight of a parcel, you will know that a vestimentary cotton in 140cm broad weighs approximately 250gr/meter and a furnishing fabric approximately 400gr/meter except packing.

The costs of delivery are indicated to the User and are to him invoicees at the end of the order in supplement of the price of the ordered goods.

Once the order validated by “Fabrics of the Green Dog”, these costs are fixed and are not likely any more to be modified.
Your order will be delivered to you to the address that you indicated to us at the time of your order.

Costs of delivery will be invoicees to the purchaser with each new order placed on the site, except agreed particular methods between the purchaser and “Fabrics of the Green Dog”.

“The Fabrics of the Green Dog” puts all works about it to respect the delivery periods mentioned on the site.  However, “the Fabrics of the Green Dog” cannot be held responsible for the goings beyond times, which cannot consequently cause damage, reserves or interests.

In the event of nonreception of a parcel within the times indicated for a nonascribable reason to “Fabrics of the Green Dog”, an investigation will be conducted by this one near the post office... These approachs can take up to 21 days for the Post office. During this period, the transaction will be suspended, and no refunding or reference could be carried out.
